Amb. Comrade Emeni Ibe (JP AP), the President General of respected Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has celebrated the children of Orashi Region, Rivers State and Nigeria on the occasion of International Children’s Day celebration.
