The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Abia State, Dr. Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah (OON), on Sunday 24th February, 2019, expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to the great people of Isuikwuato Local Govt., Abia North Senatorial Zone and Abia State in general for standing solidly with him and voting massively for his party the APC in the just concluded presidential and National Assembly election held on Saturday 23rd February, 2019.
In a brief chat with the press, Dr. Ogah assured Abians that the victory of APC across Nigeria and Abia State is sacrosanct and he encouraged Abians not to lose sleep over the fictitious results PDP and their collaborators are brandishing around just to hoodwink the public.
Dr. Ogah further said that any result in Abia State short of APC victory all the way must be thoroughly investigated hence the people are yearning for APC and they truly confirmed that via their votes and it must count.
Dr. Ogah, while thanking Abians for exercising their democratic right peacefully to elect their leaders and mostly APC candidates, he pleaded with all and sundry to remain law abiding till INEC officially announced the winners of the presidential and National Assembly elections.
Conclusively, Dr. Ogah charged Abians to brace up for the main task ahead on the 9th March to retire their oppressors, enemies of progress and development and to elect him as their next Governor for a New Deal towards Abia emancipation and rejuvenation.
