Barely few days after three top Ezendigbo in Lagos State, Eze Lawrence Nnamdi of Alimosho, Eze Peter Asonye  of Ibeju Lekki and Eze Christopher Ozuoeme of Ikate Mushin LGs, paid homage to the Chairman Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos State, Eze Agbowodikeizu Nwalozie, another top Eze has as well paid him homage.

P.M.EXPRESS reports the latest is Eze Prosper Chukwuka of FESTAC town, Ezeigbo Gburugburu crowned by the Igbo Speaking Community led by their president, Chief Sunday Udeh, was on courtesy visit to Eze Nwalozie.

Chukwuka was said to have expressed his confidence in Nwalozie as the leader of Ndieze in Lagos State and expressed his readiness to fulfill his obligations to be fully inducted into the Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos State and contribute to the welfare of Ndigbo in the State.

Eze Prosper Chukwuka was received by Eze Nwalozie at his palace, known as Obi Ukwu Ndigbo in Ikeja, Lagos and was given royal entertainment as was usually done by Eze Nwalozie.

The visit may have finally resolved the issue of who is the authentic Chairman of Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos following the false claims by some Ndieze, who formed a parallel group not recognized by the BOT of Igbo Speaking Community in Lagos State.

The trio of Eze Lawrence Eze, Eze Asonye and Ozuoeme had earlier expressed their loyalty to Eze Nwalozie and expressed their commitment to work with him for the progress of Ndigbo in Lagos State.

During the visit, Eze Lawrence, Asonye and Ozuoeme poured libations in line with the Igbo tradition and prayed for Eze Nwalozie against those who are working against his leadership as Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos State.

The visit was in line with the declaration of the BOT Chairman, Dr Nnaji, who stated that the only recognized Council of Ezendigbo in Lagos State by the Igbo Speaking Community is led by Eze Nwalozie.

Since the BOT made the declaration, some of the Ndieze who were misled, have realized that and have started retracing their steps to join the mainstream Council of Ezendigbo led by Eze Nwalozie.
