A House of Representatives member, Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, has expressed condolence to the Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families over Bisola Kola-Daisi’s death.
Akande-Sadipe, who Chairs the House committee on Humanitarian affairs, served under the late former Governor of Oyo State, Abiola Ajimobi, between 2011 and 2019, as a Special Adviser.
The Oluyole Federal Constituency representative said she was bewildered at the news of Bisola’s death on Thursday at the age of 42 in the United Kingdom, after a brief illness.
Akande-Sadipe in a statement in Ibadan, wrote, “With a heavy heart, I extend my deepest condolences to the Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi families over the sudden and heartbreaking loss of Abisola Kola-Daisi (Nee Ajimobi)”.
She described Abisola as a beacon of light-gracious, beautiful innovative, creative, and vibrant.
Akande-Sadipe noted that Bisola touched many lives and her dedication to perfection and unwavering support for the Ajimobi legacy will always be remembered.
“This is a great loss not only to her family but to all of us who knew her. Her strength was inspiring. My thoughts and prayers are with her husband Kolapo Kola-Daisi and Children, her mum, Dr. (Mrs.) Florence Ajimobi, and her siblings, the entire Ajimobi and Kola-Daisi family and the Oyo APC family in this moment of profound grief.”
“May God grant her eternal rest and give her loved ones the strength to bear this irreplaceable loss.”
