The chairman of Ibughubu community in Umuchu town, Aguata Local Government area of Anambra State, Hon. Innocent Alaebo, has extolled the virtues of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo (Oluatuegwu 1 of Anambra State) on his giant strides in turning communities into construction sites across the state.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Hon Innocent Alaebo stated this on the heels of the recent contract awarded by Gov Soludo in Umuchu for the construction of Ugwuakwu-Ibughubu-Orsu Road, which was abandoned for several years by past administrations.
He also commended the Chairman of Aguata Local Government Area, Mayor Chibueze Ofobuike, for his efforts in bringing development to Umuchu town, maintaining very good working relationship with the Governor while attracting development to the town.
Hon. Alaebo expressed the commitment of the community and indeed Umuchu town to continue to support Governor Charles Soludo’s administration and Dr Ofobuike for the transformation agenda in the State.
He stated:
“The Governor has been doing wonderful works in transforming the entire state into a more prosperous and livable society. Our joys know no bounds as the Solution developmental train has touched down to our dear town, Umuchu, with the construction of Ugwuakwu-Ibughubu-Orsu Rroad.”
“This road over the decades has been a nightmare to people living in that area and by extension the entire people of our town.”
“Mr. Governor, this magnanimous gesture to our community is a testament to your commitment in delivering your campaign promises. The road will in no small measure be of great importance to our people as agrarian community in aiding our agricultural activities. “
“A special thanks goes to our dear brother, Dr Chibueze Ofobuike, the Mayor of Aguata Local Government Area, for being instrumental to the governor’s attention to our community. This is also one of the beautiful gestures from our governor by giving our brothers chance in the transformation journey of Anambra State government. No wonder our brother, Akunne is replicating the success stories of the our State Governor in our Local Government. Dr Chibueze Ofobuike has really given governance a true definition it deserves since his involvement in politics. No wonder he is meritoriously adjudged as the best performing Mayor in the country.”
“On our own part, our amiable governor, the people of Umuchu, especially Ibughubu community being the largest in population and in voting strength, have resolved to give you a ‘real appreciation’ on November 8 election.”
“May God continue to strengthen you even after your 4+4 journey in Anambra State government.
Long live Ibughubu!
Long live Umuchu!!
Long live Aguata!!!
Long live Anambra State!!!!” Hon. Innocent Alaebo, the Ibughubu Chairman concluded,
