The Ojodu LCDA Chairman, Hon. Segun Odunmbaku, has expressed heartfelt sorrow over the untimely passing of Hon. Oladotun Olakanle, the Chairman of Onigbongbo LCDA, describing it as a profound loss not only for Ikeja Constituency but for Lagos State as a whole.
In a statement marked by deep emotion, Hon. Odunmbaku extended his condolences to Hon. Olakanle’s family, friends and colleagues, honouring his dedication and legacy.
“It is with immense sadness that I convey my deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Hon. Oladotun Olakanle. His departure is a significant loss, not only to his loved ones but also to every one of us in Ikeja Constituency and the entire Lagos State,” he stated.

“Over the years, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with him, as both Ojodu and Onigbongbo share not only geographical proximity but a unified purpose within the Ikeja Constituency. This bond allowed us to work side-by-side on initiatives that have significantly benefited our people and communities.”
