The order, for their arrest for prosecution, followed a petition to the Commissioner of Police facilitated by the Baale of Ijedodo, Alhaji Jelili Akoyi and owners of Igbo Buru Otu Estate located in the area.

In the petition to CP Odumosu, which was sighted by P.M.EXPRESS, it stated that on 17th March, 2021, some armed men suspected to thugs, abductors, cultists, hoodlums, who described themselves as Shina Kolomo Boys of Abule Ado led by Otunba Samba, invaded Igbo Buru Otu Estate in Ijedodo area of Lagos with arms such as guns, machetes and other dangerous weapons.
