The high-level media engagement, which took place at the Patjeda Group Conference Hall, Ikeja, brought together corporate leaders, media practitioners, and key stakeholders to examine the critical role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in driving inclusive growth, community development, and sustainable national progress.
In his remarks, the Ikeja Council Chairman, Comrade Dauda, commended Patjeda Group for its consistent commitment to responsible corporate citizenship, describing CSR as a vital bridge between government, private enterprises, and host communities. “As the host community, Ikeja Local Government remains committed to working closely with responsible corporate organizations whose investments and CSR initiatives positively impact our people, enhance social infrastructure, and promote shared prosperity,” the Chairman stated.
He also reaffirmed his administration’s resolve to sustain peace, infrastructural development, and good governance, noting that these remain critical enablers for corporate growth and long-term development.
