Rivers State Sports Commissioner, Honourable Boma Iyaye has felicitated with the Executive Governor of Rivers State, His Excellency, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, GSSRS on his 50th birthday.
Governor Wike, popularly and fondly referred to as Mr Project for his ground breaking feats in Rivers State clocks 50 on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.
Hon Iyaye described the Governor as a gift of God to Rivers people and lauded him for his leadership style which has placed the state amongst the apex in Nigeria.
Hon Iyaye further congratulated Governor Wike for his continued support to the Rivers State Ministry of sports and restated the continued support of members of the sports fraternity in Rivers State to the NEW project.
In the same vein, Nigerian football legend, Chief Barrister Adokiye Amiesimakahas also congratulated Governor Wike on the anniversary of his birth.
Delivering his goodwill message on behalf of the Governing Council of Kenule Beeson Saro-Wiwa Polytechnic, Bori, Chief Amiesimaka, MON, JP, GMH, who is also the Chairman, Governing Council of the Polytechnic felicitated with His Excellency on the anniversary of his birth.
Chief Amiesimaka also expressed profound appreciation of Gov Wike’s outstanding leadership, and support to the Governing Council, to tremendously enhance the capacity of the Polytechnic, to train all levels of technical manpower, for the development of Rivers State and beyond.
He further expressed confidence that His Excellency will do even more in the years to come.
