A jilted landlord, Abiodun Noah, has been arrested in Lagos for allegedly posting the nude picture of his estranged lover on social media after she dumped him.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Egan in Igando area of Lagos, where they reside.

The 34-year old Noah, who is married with children, engaged the lady, who is his tenant, in a secret relationship without the knowledge of his wife.

While the relationship was on, Noah was said to have recorded their sexual activity with his mobile phone without the consent of the lady, who did not suspect such picture existed.

He was said to have sexually harassed another tenant before the victim got to know and decided to quit their relationship telling Noah that she was no longer interested.

Noah then reportedly posted the picture to her and on social media. She pleaded with him to delete the picture but he refused insisting he would only do so if she would come back and continue with the relationship.

The victim then went to the Igando Police Division and reported her predicament. The Police moved into action; arrested Noah and detained him at the station for interrogation.

During interrogation, he admitted that it was the picture they took when they were making love.

The Police found his conduct culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ejigbo Magistrate Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace by sexually harassing his female tenant and posting the victim’s picture on social media.

He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Simeon Njue, asked the Court to adjourned the matter to a later date for hearing to enable the Police to prove he actually committed the alleged offence.

The Presiding Magistrate, A. S. Okubule, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum while the matter was adjourned till 24th November, 2021, for mention.

However, the defendant was remanded in Correctional Centre at Kirikiri, Lagos, pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
