A 25-year old lady, Miss Chizoba Ajukwu has confessed that she made an average of N300,000 every month as a sex worker but regretted that the business almost ruined her and she became violent.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Chizoba revealed that the business completely changed her and she had developed strange behaviours. She disclosed that she indulged in all sorts of strange behaviours such as taking drugs, drinking, smoking and engaging in unprotected sex in order to survive in the business.
Anambra State-born Chizoba said that despite the money she made, she did not have peace of mind as she knew that the society did not accept her lifestyle and doubted that if she will ever get married. She said that she had tried to leave the work in order to start another business but found it difficult to do so until it landed her in trouble.
P.M.EXPRESS reported that Chizoba was arrested after she attacked two police officers, tore police uniform and gave one of the officers a bite on his breast. She was thereafter charged before Isolo Magistrates court and remanded in prison custody.
The incident happened at Century Hotel area in Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos, where Chizoba Ajukwu operated as a sex worker.
Her journey to prison started after she had a disagreement with one of her colleagues and threatened to use razor blade to give her marks on the body. The matter was reported to the police. Police officers were sent to invite her over and she assaulted the officers that came to invite her to the police station.
Having regretted her actions, she told P.M.EXPRESS correspondent that she will quit being a sex worker if she settled the matter with the victims. She said she will then relocate to her village and start a new life.
