A 28-year old man, Okpaku Francis, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for allegedly penetrating the anus of a 14-year old girl in order to satisfy his sexual desires and inflicting injury on her in the process.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened on 25th December, 2025 at  Alhaja Sikirat Street, Hosanna Estate, Ago Palace Way, Akota, Lagos where they reside.
According to the Police, the suspect lured the victim to his apartment and forcefully engaged her in sex by penetrating both her anus and vagina and injured her in the process.
The matter was reported to the Police and the suspect was arrested. He was later transferred to the Gender Section of the State Command for interrogation over his alleged conduct against the victim.

The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. M.O. Tanimola, ordered his remand in custody at the correctional center at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for legal advice.
The matter was adjourned for mention for the report of the DPP’s advice to be available, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
