Man, 50, Strips Self Naked, Begs Boy For Sex

A 50-year old man, Suleiman Mohammed, has been arrested in Lagos for disorderly conduct by stripping self naked and begging a 13-year old boy for sex.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Market Street, Isale Oja, Agege, where they reside.

It was gathered that Mohammed returned from work, lured the victim into his apartment and locked his door from behind. He stripped himself naked, touched the 13-year old on the body while pleading with him to open his anus for penetration.
However, the boy resisted, raised alarm which attracted other neighbours and he was forced to open the door.

The assault was reported to the police; he was arrested and taken to the Gender Section of the State Command, Lagos.
During interrogation, he admitted that he pleaded with the boy to allow him penetrate him anally as he derived sexual satisfaction from sleeping with small boys. He said that when the boy refused, he allowed him to go.
But the boy insisted that he molested him sexually and the police found him culpable. He was charged before Ogba Magistrates court for rape.
The prosecutor, Inspector Christopher John, informed the court that the victim was molested and has been traumatized.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, did not take his plea and denied him bail.
The court directed the prosecutor to duplicate his file and send to DPP for advice.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that Mohammed risks some years imprisonment if the DPP finds him culpable as he will then be tried at the High Court.
Meanwhile the victim was said to have been taken to rehabilitation centre for treatment.
