Man Arrested For Forcing His Dick Between Legs Of Girl, 12

A man, Emeka Ndubuisi, has landed in trouble after he allegedly used his dick to penetrate the thighs of a 12-year old girl in order to satisfy his sexual desire in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Johnson Street by Cement Bus Stop area of Lagos State, where they reside.

It was gathered that the man, Ndubuisi, lured the victim into his apartment and pulled her pant in order to penetrate her but was unable to do because of the size of her private part. He then put her two legs together, penetrated her thighs and released her sperm on her body before he allowed her to go.

However, the victim narrated what happened to her parents and the matter was reported to the Police. The suspect, Ndubuisi, was arrested and later transferred to the Gender Section of the Police Command for investigation.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the man denied that he raped her because he did not penetrate her private part but admitted that he penetrated her thighs in order to satisfy his sexual desire.
After interrogation, the Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for sexual assault on the victim.
The Court did not take his plea after the prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice because the case involved a minor.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P.E Nwaka, ordered the defendant to be remanded in prison custody without an option of bail.
The Court also directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send to the DPP for advice. The matter was adjourned till 2nd September, 2019.
The matter may be transferred to the High Court if the DPP finds the man culpable and recommends that he should be tried for statutory rape which attracts several years of imprisonment.
