Man Arrested For Posting Nude Photo Of Lady He Raped On Facebook

A 34-year old man, one Ikhaghu Othniel, has been arrested for allegedly raping, taking nude photograph of the lady and uploading it on the Facebook.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Abiodun Adewunmi Street in Aboru area of Lagos where they reside.

It was gathered that Othniel was bitter that when he attempted to have the lady in the past, she rebuked and put him to shame by refusing his passes on her. Much later, he was able to lure the victim and offered her wine which he had already added drug inside; she drank and became unconscious. He then removed all her clothes and engaged her in a sex romp. After satisfying himself, he then took her nude photographs unknown to the victim.

P.M.EXPRESS gathered that when the victim regained herself, she confronted Othniel and he rained blows on her. Not done with the beating, he later posted her nude pictures on Facebook.

The matter was reported at the Oke-Odo Police Division; the suspect was arrested and detained at the station for interrogation.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect admitted that he did so because he was not happy about what she did to him in the past.
The police found him culpable and charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace by posting her nude photograph on Facebook and for raping her.
He pleaded not guilty.

The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emerhi, asked the Court to give a short date for hearing since the defendant said he was not guilty for the Police to prove the matter.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O. Sule Amzat, granted him bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
He was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
The matter was adjourned till 16th May, 2019.
