A young man, Olatilo Surulere has been arrested after he was caught having sex with two under aged sisters of the same parents aged 9 and 5 in Lagos.
The incident happened at Ajayi Olaiya Street in Bariga where they resided.
P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect started by initially taking the elder sister to a corner at the end of the street and having sex with her in the evenings when nobody will come to the place. He reportedly warned her not to tell anyone and later started sleeping with the younger sister at the same period which eventually landed him in trouble.
Police source said that on the day he was exposed, Olatilo reportedly slept with the two sisters on the same day which might have angered the younger sister and she revealed what happened to her parents.
The matter was reported to the police and Olatilo was arrested and detained at the police station. P.M.EXPRESS confirmed that Olatilo accepted that he tempered with their privates but did not penetrate them and denied any rape charge against him.
However, the police charged Olatilo to court. He was brought before the Chief Magistrate, Mrs. F.O. Abegunde Davis for the charge on rape.
He pleaded not guilty.
The court granted Olaiya bail in the sum of N500,0000 with two sureties in like sum.
Inspector Raphael Donny did not object to his bail but informed the court that the victims were sisters of the same parents and that the suspect should be granted bail that will enable him come to court to face trial.
However, Olaiya was unable to meet the bail condition and the court ordered him to be remanded in prison pending when he will perfect his bail.
