Man Lands In Trouble After Luring Teenage Girl Into Sex Romp

A 35-year- old Fredrick Amakiri has landed in trouble after he reportedly lured and tricked an 18-year-old girl and engaged her in sex romp in Lagos.

He has been arrested and charged before a Lagos court with alleged rape and was remanded in prison custody.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at about 10 pm on the day of the incident at Sangotedo Olokonla estate in Ajah area of Lagos where they reside.

The suspect, Amakiri was charged before Ikeja Magistrates court for unlawful carnal knowledge of the victim after the victim reported to the police that she was raped.

P.M.EXPRESS scooped that the suspect accosted the victim and took her to his room where he lured her and had sex with her.

It was gathered that after the act, she realized herself and started crying and protested that he penetrated her against her wish and raped her.

The matter was reported to the police and Amakiri was arrested and transferred to the Gender section of the Nigeria Police, Ikeja Command, Lagos.

However, Amakiri admitted that he had sex with her and she did not not complained throughout the sex romp.

But the victim insisted that Amakiri deceived her and did not sought her consent before he penetrated her.
The police found him culpable and charged him before the court under the Criminal code.

The prosecutor, Inspector, Benson Emuhi did not object to his bail but urged the court to give the defendant bail that will enable him come to the court to face trial in the interest of justice.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs B.O. Osunsanmi granted Amakiri bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties in the like sum.

However, Amakiri was remanded in the prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.
