P.M.EXPRESS reports that Ojekale was arrested and subsequently charged before the Oshogbo Magistrates Court for allegedly getting married to a second wife and threatening to kill his first wife.
The Police alleged that the suspect, Sunday, was dragged before the Court on three counts charge of unlawful marriage known as bigamy, threatening to kill and refusing to provide care for his children.
The Police prosecutor, Inspector Elisha Olusegun, said the defendant on 28th December, 2019, at Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Onitea, Osogbo, having being married to one Funmilayo Oluwaseun Ojekale and while she was still alive and without the marriage being dissolved or declared void by a Court of competent jurisdiction, unlawfully got married to another woman, one Christiana Olujide.
