According to sources at the Area G Command, such sharp practices had been going on there once such suspects can afford the bill and the Area Commander may not know what was going on at night.

He was interrogated, found culpable and subsequently charged before the Ogba Magistrates Court.
He pleaded not guilty.
The prosecutor, Supol Victor Eruada, asked the Court to give a short adjournment for hearing to enable the Police to prove he actually committed the alleged offence.

He was remanded in Correctional Centre pending when he will perfect his bail conditions while the matter was adjourned till 9th September, 2021, for mention.
