Mayoress Bada Inaugurates Ikosi-Isheri Task Force To Bolster Security & Order

In a decisive move to enhance security and governance at the grassroots, the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, officially inaugurated the Ikosi-Isheri Task Force yesterday.
The launch, held at the LCDA secretariat, underscores her administration’s commitment to a safer and more organized community.
The Task Force, comprising trained personnel, will focus on key areas:
– Traffic Control: Addressing congestion hotspots, particularly along Ikosi Road.
– Market & Environmental Sanitation: Enforcing cleanliness and order in public spaces.
– Security Patrols: Preventing petty crimes and illegal activities.
– Dispute Resolution & Policy Enforcement: Strengthening compliance with local regulations.
Speaking at the inauguration, Mayoress Bada reaffirmed her administration’s zero tolerance for lawlessness and disorder. She urged residents to cooperate with the Task Force, stressing that its success depends on collective effort. She also commended the Lagos State Government for prioritizing security at all levels.
With this initiative, Ikosi-Isheri LCDA sets a new benchmark for proactive community governance, reinforcing the Mayoress’s vision for a well-structured and secure environment.
