Meet Raymond Ozoji, The Anambra Media “Anti Corruption Hero” 2019/2020- ADMCA

Raymond Ozoji is the second son of Mr. & Mrs. Boniface Ozoji. He is a native of Ubahuekwem Community in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State. He attended Lady Lark Primary School Apapa and United Christian Secondary School Apapa Lagos State.

He was a teacher and taught English Language and Literature-In-English in various secondary schools within Lagos metropolis. Years later, he proceeded to Nnamdi Azikiwe University, where he bagged a BSc Degree in Mass Communication.

Raymond Ozoji ventured into journalism practice shortly after his graduation from the university. The cradle of his career was Anambra Newspapers and Printing Corporation, publishers of National Light Newspapers. Thereafter, he became the State Correspondent of defunct Union Newspapers and currently in the service of Daily Independent Newspapers as Awka correspondent. He is also a contributor to National Light Newspapers, newsprobeng.com and a host of other news organs.

Apart from journalism, Raymond Ozoji is also a member of the Actors Guild of Nigeria and has featured in a number of movies. Some of which are War Front, Synagogue, Idemili Python, Club 24, Last Blood, to mention a few. He is a prolific writer, actor and lover of good music.

Raymond Ozoji is happily married to Dr. Mrs. Amara Ozoji and the marriage has been blessed with intelligent children.
