The National Business Masterclass (NBM) has successfully concluded its transformative three-day training program, equipping Nigerian business owners with essential strategies to scale their businesses and access international markets. The Masterclass, organized by Top3 Solutions in partnership with the Institute of Certified Business Consultants (ICBC) Canada, brought together industry experts, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to discuss practical approaches for export readiness, business growth, and global competitiveness. Throughout the training, participants received expert insights on export financing, regulatory compliance, trade facilitation, and market positioning—all critical components for businesses looking to scale beyond Nigeria. Special guest speakers and facilitators with extensive global experience provided hands-on guidance, ensuring attendees left with actionable strategies for success.
The event also saw the participation of NAFDAC and the Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC), reinforcing the government’s commitment to supporting local businesses in meeting international trade standards. In addition, through a strategic sponsorship initiative, a limited number of businesses were awarded scholarships to attend the program at a subsidized rate, making knowledge and resources more accessible to SMEs.
At the closing ceremony, Fatoumatta Gaye, CEO of Top3 Solutions, emphasized the importance of strengthening Nigeria’s position in the global trade landscape. “Nigeria has immense potential to become a leading export hub in Africa. With the right knowledge, networks, and policies in place, our entrepreneurs can compete on a global scale. NBM is not just a training program—it is a movement towards economic transformation, ” she said.
Participants were awarded international certifications from the Institute of Certified Business Consultants (ICBC) Canada alongside Top3 Solutions Certification, further validating their expertise in business and export strategies. As part of NBM’s long-term vision, the initiative will expand to other states across Nigeria and eventually into other African countries, promoting intra-African trade and positioning local businesses for global opportunities.
