It is often important to stand in the crowd to feel the rarest and purest piece of their excitement. Spot me if you can.
This is the new Ekwulobia flyover bridge where a crowd of excited residents besieged Governor Soludo who was on a routine inspection visit. One thing is clear, Soludo has positively altered the totality of Ekwulobia urbanscape without any fuss. This is a promised future of livability and prosperity happening before their very eyes; a pathway to greater incentive where Soludo now waters the pastures such that the grass will never again be greener on the other side.
Standing amongst the crowd helped me live in their moment, appreciating the reality that the once chaotic Ekwulobia roundabout has transformed into a long sprawling flyover connecting dual carriage highways linking once detached rural communities to one big conurbation.
I will talk about the “Tower of Light” in a later piece. It actually feels good to stand with and for the people. This is what Soludo has become for Ndi Anambra regardless of class or creed!
