Mr. Jubril Adewale Tinubu, the Group Chief Executive Officer of Oando Plc, has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari over his well-deserved victory, following his declaration as winner of the 2019 Presidential Election by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Tinubu joined All Progressives Congress, APC governors and chieftains to felicitate with President Buhari after receiving his Certificate of Return on Wednesday.

Speaking after his visit to the Presidential Villa in Abuja, the oil mogul praised Buhari and urged him to continue fighting corruption and improving the nation’s security while recharging the economy.

“Congratulations PMB! Looking forward to four more years of the Common Sense Revolution- fighting corruption, improving security and recharging the economy,” Tinubu said.

President Buhari was re-elected having polled 15,191,847 votes, winning in 19 states.
He defeated other 72 candidates including Atiku Abubakar, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who scored 11, 255,978 votes and won 17 states and the FCT, to occupy the second position.
