Notable Niger Delta socio-cultural group, the Orashi National Congress, ONC, has honoured the Honourable Commissioner Four, Hon. Chief (Barr.) Ukpeni Richard Ewoh, MFE, FCPA, with Excellence Award.
The presentation was done during a courtesy visit to his office at Rivers State Local Government Service Commission (RSLGSC), Rivers State Secretariat, Port Harcourt on Thursday 19th February, 2026.
The President General of the Orashi National Congress (ONC), Amb. Emeni Ibe (JP AP), in his speech said that the Prestigious Certificate Of Excellence was presented to the Honourable Commissioner in recognition of his disposition, commitment to enhancing the growth of Orashi people, Ekpeye and Rivers State at large, his immense contributions and excellent performances in the discharge of his duties/responsibilities in service to God and humanity as Commissioner Four, Rivers State Local Government Service Commission (RSLGSC).
He also thanked the Honourable Commissioner for granting audience to the Orashi National Congress and prayed God Almighty to bless and reward him bountifully.
The Honourable Commissioner, in his response, he thanked the Almighty God for granting him the grace to serve in his current office and appreciated the leadership of the Orashi National Congress for finding him worthy of recognition and presentation of a Prestigious Certificate Of Excellence.
He pledged his unalloyed support to the Orashi National Congress.
The Honourable Commissioner was not alone in receipt of the Prestigious Certificate Of Excellence by the Orashi National Congress, but enjoyed the presence of the Honourable Chairman, Rivers State Local Government Service Commission (RSLGSC), Sir Israel Nwoka Amadi Ksc, MCIP(UK), FCAI, FCPA, colleagues, subordinates and well wishers.
