When people say Peter Obi is building bridges what comes to my mind is the image attached — a one way bridge that is welcoming to Entrants alone, no chance of exit is permitted. So, one can comfortably say that being an “obidient” means being stuck and held under the fear of an imminent mob attack any day you contemplate an exit.
This is not politics. At best, it is an evil cult with terroristic tendencies where adherents stay back not out of conviction but fear. The fear of being cancelled, hated and threatened into a deafening silence. Peter enjoys this extremism, reason he rides on it without any kind of reprimand to the mob under whose control he now operates.
People who criticized Senator Adams Oshiomole for saying “once you join the APC your sins will be forgiven”, are now forgiving all who they once called thieves, looters, bigots etc because they have found convenience in benefitting from their vices.
I only pity those who fall to their bully. They bully from the pulpit, bully on social media, bully wherever they find a soft target. Unfortunately for them, there are some of us that are beyond bullying. The more you hit at us, the stronger we become. We told Obidients to build a bridge and they built a one-way entry bridge with no exit!
