“Children are God’s heritage and must be treated with love and kindness to enable proper functioning of their minds thereby imbibing the strength to think right for proper development.”

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the above was the submission of the Chairman and CEO, Ruzu Herbal Services Limited and Go-Wellness Worldwide networking services, Dr Robert Onyemaechi Uzu, in his goodwill message on 2024 Children’s Day celebration.

The company, as part of its corporate social responsibility, donated its products to felicitate with the children in Lagos on Children’s Day, while tasking parents on proper health care routine for their wards to enable healthy living at a children’s funfair arena on Lagos Island.

Ruzu, as a recognized healthcare brand for its efficacy and potency, is in collaboration with corporate organisations including schools to provide essential healthcare services using its range of brand products.

At the children’s funfair arena, which witnessed large number of children from schools around Lagos Island and Mainland, free Ruzu table water was given to the children in attendance.

The children also had fun activities like games, inter-school quiz, dance competitions, cultural displays, music to merry, face painting, skin art and so on.

It was not the first time Dr Uzu, the CEO of Ruzu Herbal Products Ltd, makers of Ruzu Bitters, Ruzu Herbal tea, Ruzu Balm, Ruzu Wine and other healthcare products, was demonstrating his philanthropic gesture.

He has extended his love and kindness to members of Actors Gild of Nigeria (AGN) by giving free healthcare services worth millions of Naira.

Thus, it was not a surprise to many who knew him for demonstrating his magnanimity to children on Children’s Day by donating Ruzu water, which contains ion and glucose and is essential for the bodies of children and adults.

Ruzu table water contains nutrients and oxygen to cells, lubricates joints, lessens burden on the kidneys and liver by flushing out waste products, dissolves minerals and nutrients to make them accessible to the body.

Dr Uzu noted that children exerts energy during their day to day activities as seen in their play time as well as celebrations such as Christmas, Children’s Day, School parties and need to be rejuvenated by replacement of ion and glucose for vitality.

“Hence as they get exhausted from activities, there is need for replacement of lost energy and Ruzu table water will be readily available for them during this periods” Dr Uzu stated.

He advised parents to be up and doing in the upbringing of their children, saying that proper evaluation can structure their minds towards success as they attain maturity.

“Appropriate healthcare is paramount for proper growth and development,” he added.
