In its usual tradition of putting smiles on the faces of families, St. Ives Hospitals on Sunday, 26 May rolled out the drums to celebrate hundreds of kids at what could be described as one of the most glamorous Children’s Day events.
At a well-packaged event held at the Parkland Amusement Centre, Maryland, Lagos, the leading family hospital treated the visibly excited kids to a spectacular Children’s Day celebration witnessed by parents, guardians and members of staff.
Themed ‘Our children, our superheroes’, the dress code for the party was ‘Princess & knight.
It was indeed a day filled with joy and excitement as the venue was transformed into a magical wonderland where young ones indulged in various activities including bouncing castles, dancing competitions, poem recitations, Chess and Jenga game and enjoyed numerous amusement rides.
There was also an array of meals and drinks to pick from alongside small chops, popcorn, ice cream, cotton candy as well as party favors for all the kids present. Every corner of the park was abuzz with laughter and excitement.
The St. Ives Children’s Day party is annual event by the hospital aimed at the celebrating the children and by extension the family.
