Sanwo-Olu, Hamzat, Others To Receive Certificate Of Return On March 27

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Lagos State will on 27th March, 2019, issue Certificate of Return to the Governor-elect for Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat.

The forty elected Honourable members of the Lagos State House of Assembly will also receive their Certificate of Return.
The presentation of certificate of return to elected candidates is in conformity with section 75 (1) of the Electoral Act 2010 (as amended).

According to Sam Olumekun, Resident Electoral Commissioner,
INEC Lagos State, the presentation ceremony will take place at INEC Lagos Office, No. 6, Birrel Avenue, Sabo Yaba at 11am for the Governor-elect and his Deputy, while that of the elected Honourable members of the Lagos State House of Assembly will come up at 2pm

Invited guests are requested to be seated by 10.30am and 1.30pm respectively.
