Senator Adeola Yayi Felicitates With Gov Abiodun On Double Awards

The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Appropriations, Senator Solomon Adeola (APC, Ogun West), has congratulated the governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, on his double victories and awards as the Sun Newspapers’ “Governor of the Year” (2023) and the 2023 Silverbird “Man of the Year”.

Senator Adeola, who was elated that the good works of the governor have been acknowledged by two major reputable media conglomerate in Nigeria following a rigorous and competitive process stated that the awards were sterling testimonies for many, who supported the election and re-election of the governor over the years for his good works in Ogun State in the area road infrastructures, housing, urban renewal, education, aviation and other sectors.

“Every objective observers of the development process in Ogun State in the last 5 years cannot but acknowledge the giant strides of Governor Abiodun in his impactful strides, which touches all sections of the state. His double victories and awards from these reputable media organisations are a positive attestation of diligent hard work without noise making for the development of Ogun State and his contributions to national development” the Senator stated.

The Senator expressed confidence that the governor will continue to excel in his governance of Ogun State stressing that he is sure his administration will leave lasting legacies of development at the end of his tenure for future leaders to build on.
