Seven Great Facts About Soludo’s Commissioners’ List…

The list is trending for all the right reasons. However, part of the unstated narrative around it is the rigour put into the selection process. And of course then the following;

First, everyone on that list was drawn from the pool of Applicants in the Anambra State Talent DataBank. Thus, these are 20 persons out of over one thousand entries of willing human resource ready to serve at this level.

Second, these 20 persons went through a detailed One-On-One conversation with Mr Governor on their expected deliverables.

Third, it is a merit based list where the shortlisted Nominees neither induced their selection nor lobbied for nomination.

Fourth, it is widespread, reflecting the expected spread fit for political platitude.

Fifth, it is a commendable mix of experience, zest, and creativity.

Sixth, it bears a stint of novelty with the introduction of two new Ministries and the scrapping of one existing Ministry.

Seventh, every Nominee’s detail was provided including their proposed Ministry. This means immediate take-off upon confirmation by the House of Assembly.

Anambra is set for interesting times, as the creative-destruction long awaited has received another significant boost. Remember, this is a painstaking journey to a Liveable and Prosperous Homeland.
