MTN Nigeria, in celebration of its 20th anniversary in Nigeria is gifting 20 Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs) to 20 lucky MTN customers. Here’s all you need to know about this anniversary gift.

1.     How Many MTN Customers will Receive SUVs?

20 lucky customers will receive SUVs. one customer will be selected from each year starting from 2001 when MTN launched its services in Nigeria till August 8, 2020 making 20 customers. The lucky winners will be customers that activated their lines every 8th of August from 2002 till 2020 and customers who activated their lines on August 19, 2001.

2.     How will the Winners be Selected?

The first customer out of the many who activated their lines on selected days, each year, to perform any revenue generating activity will be awarded an SUV each. So for instance, the first customer to activate their lines on August 8, 2019 and who also recharged and made a call or sent a text or any other revenue generating activity on that day, will be awarded the SUV. For those that are already doing some mental gymnastics, don’t worry, MTN will look through their systems and select the winners after verification by certified auditors.

3.     What Are The Revenue Generating Activities?

The revenue generating activities include outgoing calls, SMS, and a cumulative data activity of a minimum of 5MB.

4.     What Happens If There is A Tie?

In a situation where more than one person performs a revenue generating activity at the same time, the customer who makes the highest transaction in terms of value will be selected as the winner.

5.     How will Winners Be Contacted?

Winners will be contacted by MTN Customer Relation. If the winner is unable to be reached for 24 hours, the second customer who conducted any revenue generating activity will be rewarded and so on.

6.     When Will The Car Presentation Take Place?

The cars will be presented to the winners on August 22, 2021.

7.     Is This A Competition?

There is no competition involved. The cars are a gift, a token of heartfelt appreciation from MTN to its customers for their support over the last 20 years.
