The PCC Coordinator of APC in Anambra State, Senator Margery Chuba-Okadigbo, has encouraged party stakeholders and members to remain steadfast and hopeful in the party as the nation enters into the era of Hope and Renewal.

In a statement released to party members and stakeholders this yesterday, she strongly remarked that with the emergence of a Tinubu Presidency, ‘the Fortunes of the APC in Anambra State has become even brighter’.

Senator Margery Chuba-Okadigbo, who is equally the Board Chairman of NNPC Limited, applauded President Muhammadu Buhari (GFCR) for his commitment towards the growth of the party, maintaining that: “Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu will continue with the good works of President Muhammadu Buhari, in strengthening the party for success in future elections and strengthening the economy by harnessing the country’s comparative advantage in agriculture and minerals”.

In her words, “We cannot achieve the drive to move Nigeria forward through robust economic activities without peace and unity. One way we can ensure peace and unity in our party is to reward loyalty and hard work of stakeholders and members who are conspicuously deserving of it. On the other hand, the administration of Mr. President-elect can ensure peace and unity in the country by instituting a government of national unity, integration and inclusiveness”.

“Nigeria is a culturally diverse nation that is remarkably predicated on ethnic plurality which the spread of the APC among various ethnic nationalities of the country deeply reflects. The APC we have today could not have been achieved if Mr. President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu did not join hands with Mr. President, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari (Retd) and other founding fathers of our party to bring the ACN, the CPC, a section of APGA and the nPDP together. Therefore, the essence of national integration and inclusiveness cannot be undermined, in nation-building and transformative leadership.”

Finally, she profoundly appreciated outstanding party candidates in the just concluded 2023 general elections, stating that “the party has demonstrated a discernible potential to take over Anambra State if credible and popular members, who have contributed significantly to the development of the party and demonstrated the ability to win people over, are given opportunities”.
