We’ve Lost A Brother – Senators Umeh & Nwoye Say As They Mourn Senator Ifeanyi Ubah
The lawmakers representing Anambra Central Senatorial District and Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Dr. Victor Umeh and Senator Dr. Tony Nwoye, have expressed their sadness over the loss of their colleague and illustrious son of the state, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah.
In a statement signed by the Distinguished Senators, they said, “We received with trepidation and deep sorrow, the shocking news of the death of our brother and Distinguished Colleague, Senator Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, CON”.
“We were devastated by this tragic Incident and lacked the words to immediately express our deep grief.”
“Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, who represented Anambra South Senatorial District, together with us until his death represented Anambra State well in the 10th Senate of the National Assembly.”
“Ebubechukwuzo was a great man of many parts.
He was a great Businessman, Politician, Philanthropist Extraordinaire, Patriot and robust Lawmaker.
A man with large heart, he shouldered the burdens of so many people and was always eager to rise to the needs of his people and friends.”
“His death has robbed us of his brave contributions on issues that concern our people and Nigeria.
While we embrace the sad reality that he is no more, we are consoled by the giant impacts he left on humanity.”
“We commiserate with his immediate family( Wife and Children ), the Nnewi Community, Anambra South Senatorial District, Anambra State, the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Nigeria as a whole.
May his great Soul rest in perfect peace.
Adieu our beloved brother, Superman!” the Distinguished Senators concluded.
