I Will Perform More Than Any Senator Ever Produced From Anambra – Umeh

Senator (Dr.) Victor Umeh has called on the people of Anambra Central Senatorial District to remain confident in his ability to offer quality and effective representation as the senator representing the zone.

Umeh made the call on Saturday in Abagana during the inauguration of Njikoka Local Government Executive Officers and Ambassadors of Senator Victor Umeh Support Group.

He said that those who had gossiped that he will be a lone voice in the Senate had all been disappointed by his magnificent performance. According to him, there has been a cordial relationship between him and other senators from different political parties.
“The Senate President placed so much trust and confidence in me. On many occasions, he mandated me to represent him; notwithstanding that I am not a member of the ruling party” Umeh said,

He assured the people of Anambra Central Senatorial district that he will strive to perform more than any senator that had ever been produced from Anambra State.
Earlier in his remarks, Mr. Peter Ibida, representing Njikoka II in the Anambra State House of Assembly, commended Senator Victor Umeh for being bold and courageous in speaking for Ndigbo. He emphasized on the need to support Senator Victor Umeh for a second term.

Addressing the gathering, National Chairman of Senator Victor Umeh Support Group – Prince Uche Oduche, expressed optimism that Senator Victor Umeh will continue to make the State proud.
“I am impressed by the turnout and the enthusiasm shown by this massive crowd. I hope the people of Anambra Central Senatorial district will take pride in the superb performance of Senator Victor Umeh’’ he said.

Dignitaries who attended the event ibcluded the Traditional Ruler of Abagana – Igwe Mbamalu Okeke, the President General of Abagana Welfare Union – Chief Ikem Onwuadi, the State Vice Chairman of APGA (Anambra Central) – Sir Theophine Nnoli, the Director General Senator Victor Umeh Campaign Organisation – Prince Emeka Udodeme, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Anambra State on Agriculture – Mr. Joseph Okonkwo.

Highpoint of the event was the oath of allegiance taken by the Njikoka Local Government Executives and Ambassadors of Senator Victor Umeh Support Group.
