A 37-year jilted man,  Shinugande Victor has been arrested for allegedly posting his estranged lover’s nude pictures on the internet after their relationship crashed in Lagos.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that apart from posting the nude pictures to all the contacts the victim had on her phone on the internet, he also threatened to kill her.

The incident happened at the Police Highway Patrol Barrack in Ikeja where both the suspect and the victim resided.

What made the suspect to go to that extent was not farfetched considering what the police sources told P.M.EXPRESS correspondent. It was gathered that the victim jilted the suspect after she decided to quit the relationship and informed Victor of her decision.

However, the suspect kicked against her decision and pleaded with her to no avail. He then resorted to threatening her in order to bring her, back but it did not work also before he reportedly posted her nude pictures on the internet.

The matter was reported to the police, Victor was arrested and detained at the police station where he denied doing so.

However, during investigation Victor reportedly admitted that he did so because of what the victim did to him. He was then charged before Ikeja Magistrates court for the alleged offence.

He pleaded not guilty.

The presiding Magistrate, Mrs. B.O. Osunsanmi granted Victor bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that Victor was remanded in prison custody pending when he will perfect his bail condition.

The matter was adjourned till 1 February, 2018.
