2 Men Docked For Fraud & Engaging Lady, 23, In S*x Romp

Two suspected members of a fraud syndicate, Rotimi Fisher, 42 and Sherif Adebayo, 32, who were arrested by the Police in Lagos State, have been charged before the Court for allegedly engaging a 23-year old lady in sex romp under the false pretence of delivering her from evil spirits. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at an uncompleted building located at Majiyagbe area of Ipaja, Lagos.
The defendant were charged before the Court and then remanded in custody following the report of the Police at Ipaja Division that the duo, Rotimi and Adebayo, engaged the lady in sex after dispossessing her of valuables including her gold earrings worth N70,000 and cash sum of N198,000 under false pretence.
The Police intelligence team from Ipaja Division led by the DPO, CSP Tokunbo Aboniwonda, had after thorough interrogation found Rotimi and Adebayo culpable. They were then charged before the Ejigbo Magistrates Court for conspiracy and obtaining under false pretence.
But they pleaded not guilty before the Court when they were arraigned.
The prosecutor,  Supol Benedict Aigbokhan, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since they pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that they actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A.K.Dosumu, granted them bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendants were remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when they will perfect their conditions.
