Oshoala Foundation Partners Molped Nigeria, Distributes Sanitary Pads At 2021 Football4girls Tourney

The recently concluded 2021 Asisat Oshoala Invitational Football4grils Tournament held in Lagos would leave long-lasting memories in the life of all the participating girls because of what the girls took home at the end of the three days event.
The tournament featured, among other things, mentorship sessions, life skills and medical programmes. The medical health day was tagged “Give out a pad, save the girl-child.”
The participating girls were sensitised on the dangers faced by the girl-child through puberty, adolescence to adulthood, and distribution of sanitary pads and feminine products.

Distribution of sanitary pads was made possible courtesy of the support from Molped Nigeria, maker of Molped sanitary pads, which are the ideal combination of protection and comfort. It’s fluffy, nylon free and cottony soft.
Throughout the football4girls tournament, Molped Nigeria distributed sanitary pads to no fewer than 50 secondary schools which took part in the event. The girls received Molped products with excitement and the happiness could be seen on their faces when they were being given Molped sanitary pads.

Apart from Molped Nigeria, the football4girls tournament was supported by the Lagos State Government through the Lagos State Sports Commission, Emzor Pharmaceuticals, UBA Foundation and Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, a philanthropist and founder of Nxtion Family, a Pentecostal Church based in London.
The Asisat Oshoala Foundation is a pet project of the Captain of Nigeria’s Super Falcons, Spain-based Asisat Oshoala, who is so excited with the turnout of participants for the event this year.
