Badoo & Maddo Boxing Fiesta Holds In Mushin

No fewer than 100 amateur boxers are expected to storm Mushin to take part in one day Badoo & Maddo Mushin Boxing Fiesta scheduled for 11, December 2021 at Imasuen Street off 15, Ladipo Street, Mushin.

The Boxing fiesta which was put together by Rotor Boxing Club would witness both male and female amateur boxers across Lagos State.

Event coordinator, Jamiu Animashaun told our correspondent that the boxing fiesta is put together to develop boxing and discover some hidden talents that can represent Team Lagos in the future at the national boxing competitions.

He explained that there are many good boxers in Mushin but their major challenge is the inability to feature in competition regularly. He, however, urged the Lagos State Boxing Association to assist boxing clubs in the state in the area of organizing boxing competitions on regular basis.

Meanwhile, one of the invited guests, Alhaji Ayinla Yusuf popularly known as Anobi Mushin is expected to declare the competition open. Ayinla is one of the sports philanthropists in Mushin and he is ready to use his financial resources to support the game of boxing in Mushin.
