Sanwo-Olu, Sunday Dare, Dayo Israel, Others To Speak At 11th Young Achievers Awards

The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Mr. Sunday Dare; wife of the Lagos State Governor, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu; National Youth Leader of APC, Dayo Israel and Prophet Israel Ogundipe have been announced as speakers at the 11th Young Achievers Nigeria Awards.
In a statement by the publisher, Young Achievers Nigeria and convener of the award, Mr. Adeduntan Ibrahim Yinka, these powerful Nigerians will join other eminent personalities at the biggest, most flamboyant and the most celebrated youth event in Nigeria holding on 29 May at Ibis Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
Adeduntan noted that the youth celebrity news portal has been showcasing young Nigerians who are barrier breakers and who have broken the ceilings of limitations to excel in their various fields since 2009.
“Despite the challenges our continent and Nigeria in particular has been facing, some uncommon youths have written the name of our country on the global map because they exhibit qualities that people look for in an achiever which includes, honesty, competence, progress, intelligence and inspiration. Thus we have to keep encouraging them to inspire others,” he stated.
He then revealed some of the nominees for this year’s award.
They include: Zubaida Idris Saeed, the medical student who graduated with 11 Honorary academic awards from Usman Dan Fodio University; 25-year old Prince Mohammed Kadade Sulaiman, the youngest PDP National Youth Leader; 21-Year old Ekeoseye Elizabeth Osereme, the best graduating student from University of Lagos; Dr. Hallowed Olaoluwa, who at 29 years emerges as the youngest Lecturer with a PHD and 25 years old Halima Zawiya, a certified agronomist.
The event kicks off at 4 p.m.
