African Music Is A Gift To The World- Lucianne

Fast-rising Afro Hip-Hop star, Lucianne has described the waves making African music as a blessing to the music world. 


In a chat with journalists, the UK-based musician remarked that African music, particularly, Afrobeats is a gift from African ancestors to the world of music. 


 Formerly known as Luci Monet, Lucianne whose debut single ‘More’ has garnered over 750,000 streams across all platforms was quick to describe her music as a fusion of Afrobeats and RnB. 


Renowned for her sultry and captivating vocal abilities, Lucianne stated that she was not surprised by the global acceptance and impacts of Afrobeats music in the world. 


“No matter where you’re in the world, no matter your background, there’s absolutely nothing like Afrobeats,” she gushed.


“It is such a distinctive sound that naturally invites your body to move, whether you like it or not. It stands on its own without influence from any other genre, it is its own culture, its own rhythm, its own pace that tells its own story,” Lucianne waxed lyrically.
