How 2 Vigilante Members Gang-R*ped Married Woman At Gun Point

Two members of a vigilante group, Lawali Sule, 30 and Babangida Shehu, 30 are now in trouble in Bauchi State for the alleged gang-rape of a married woman at gun point after they looked for her husband and did not find him in the house over an undisclosed matter.
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ningi Local Government Area of the State, where the victim reside with her husband.
This was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Ahmed Mohammed Wakil, who confirmed that the suspects are in Police custody undergoing interrogation over their conduct.
SP Wakil said that the suspects, Sule, and Shehu of Dogon-ruwa village, were arrested by Police detectives attached to Ningi Division after the Police received the report.
“On 25th Augst, 2022, at about 0200hrs, the two suspects conspired among themselves and stormed the house of one Alhaji Gare, all armed with dane gun, broke into his wife’s room and asked her husband whereabout, but he was not at home.”
“Thereafter, they threatened her with a gun with the view to have canal knowledge of her and she succumbed out of fear,” SP Wakil stated.
A discreet investigation commenced and the victim was evacuated to the General Hospital, Ningi, for medical examination and it confirmed the penetration.
While being interrogated by the investigators, the suspects voluntary confessed to the crime. The exhibits recovered from the suspects included two Dane guns.
The Bauchi State Commissioner of Police directed that the suspects be charged to Court.
The suspects risk several years of imprisonment if they are tried and found guilty before the Court for the alleged offence.
