Lagos LG Poll: Balogun Promises To Reposition Ikeja LG

As Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) has scheduled elections into the offices of Chairmen and Councillors in the 20 LGs and 37 LCDAs in Lagos to hold on Saturday 22 of July, 2017, the candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ikeja Local Government, Engr. Mojeed Alabi Balogun has pledged to reposition Ikeja once elected.
He made the pledge to residents during his campaign tour of the wards that made up Ikeja Local Government area. Engr. Mojeed Balogun promised to enhance quality primary education and equally establish an Ikeja Educational Trust Fund to boost the education sector. He said that aside providing youths with the opportunities to discover, develop and maximise their sporting potentials, he has plans for vocational empowerment of women and youths in the area.
Engr. Mojeed said in his repositioning plans, he will provide affordable and accessible primary health care to residents and as much as facilitate mobile clinic to regulate health conditions of the aged ones. He also promised to computerise the business of government and make it very easy for people to access services at the council headquarters.

Security of lives and properties is an integral part of the repositioning agenda and he promised to provide adequate support to the security agencies. Engr. Mojeed Balogun went further to assure to provide an all inclusive, open and transparent leadership once elected into office. He enjoined residents to vote massively for all the candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC) in their different wards.
