A 29-year old man, Obinna Ijoba, has landed in trouble in Lagos State after he allegedly lured a 12-year old boy and engaged him in anal sex in a motor park and he was caught.

P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at ADC Park, Orile area of Lagos, where the security handed him over to the Police.
According to Police sources, the suspect, Ijoba, lured the boy, forced him to remove his clothes and penetrated him from the anus. But while he was still in the act, the security caught him and then forced him to remove his dick from the boy’s anus.
He was then taken to the Police at Orile Division for interrogation. In the course of interrogation, he admitted to have done so in order to satisfy his sexual desire because he prefers to do it with males especially young boys.
The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Ebute Metta Magistrates Court for the alleged offence, which attracts several years of imprisonment if found guilty before the Court.
However, the Court did not take his plea when he was arraigned after the prosecutor, Supol Paul, asked the Court to refer the matter to the DPP for advice.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.M. Ajayi, ordered his remand in custody without an option of bail, pending when the DPP’s report will be ready and directed the prosecutor to duplicate the file and send it to the DPP for advice.
The matter was adjourned pending the outcome of the DPP’s advice, which will determine if the matter will be transferred to the High Court or not over jurisdiction.
