Top Belgian Clubs Chase Young Nigerian Player, Onoja

Chidera Onoja a right winger for Jimmy Football Academy of Lagos is being wanted by Club Brugge and Anderlecht Football Club of Belgium.

This was disclosed by a source in Jimmy football Academy of Lagos.

According to the source, Onoja is not only wanted by Belgian clubs but noted that offers are also coming from Austria, Sweden and Isreali clubs.

“Our agent has hinted me recently that clubs in Europe are looking for Onoja.I am happy about this development because Onoja is an asset for any club that signs him.We have sent Onoja video clip to our agent and he has marketed our player in Europe so presently Onoja is wanted by European clubs,”the source said.

The source added that the agent would make sure that he signs for a club where he would have playing time and pay him what he deserved as a young player.

“The agent knows the best for Onoja.What is paramount here is to get a club where he would showcase his talents and also have a good financial contract,”the source said.

Onoja is a fast pacy player who can dribble and pose a threat to any defender on the field of play.The 18 years old winger was a delight to watch at the last Lagos State Challenge Cup.
