Lagos SWAN: National Industrial Court Reschedules Judgement To 13 December

Court 2 of the Lagos Division of the National Industrial Court has rescheduled its judgement on the suit brought before it by erstwhile chairman of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (Lagos SWAN), Debo Oshundun against the national body of the association over leadership tussle in the Lagos chapter.
The Court had earlier fixed its judgement on the case to 7 December, but when the case came up for judgement, the court further adjourned it to 13 December 2022.
The presiding judge,  Honourable Justice Esowe notified the two parties to the case represented by their lawyers that the court was indisposed to deliver the judgment on the said date.
Lawyer to the National SWAN and co-defender, Olatutu Oladunni-led Lagos SWAN, Barr. Ajibola Akinwale Esq said that he has confidence that the case will go the way of his client.
