Blood Of Jesus Ministry Int’l Holds Ordination For Church Officers

The Blood of Jesus Ministry International has held an ordination ceremony for some officers to take up the services to God in the church.

The ordination ceremony was held recently inside the church’s auditorium at 145 Old Ota Road, Oke-Odo, Alimosho, Lagos State, where Pastor Johnson Olayinka, Elder Taiwo Adelu, Evangelist Funmilayo Adelu and Deaconess Magdalene Onifade were all ordained to take up responsibilities to serve God.

During the ceremony which was witnessed by members of the church, family and friends of the ordainees, the General Overseer of the church, Bishop T.A. Emmanuel enjoined Christians all over the world to rededicate themselves more to God’s service.

Bishop Emmanuel, who is the Founder of T.A. Emmanuel World Outreach (TAEWO), emphasised the need for the children of God, and most importantly, the officers in the God’s vineyard, to be committed to their various callings to serve God.

To the ordained officers, he stressed that all eyes would be on them in the church, even within the communities, adding that they must be good ambassadors of Jesus Christ always.

During the ordination service, the newly recruits into the priesthood, were encouraged and admonished by the invited ministers who included Pastor and Pastor (Mrs) Victor Amayo of the Omega Grace Ministry, Ifo, Ogun state. Rev J.K. Oladebo of the Christ Global Mission, Nigeria, Africa and Pastor Adeboye Jojolade of the Redeemed Christians Church of God (RCCG), Ota, Ogun State.

Pastor Amayo preached on a sermon titled ‘Becoming a Faithful Minister in God’s Vineyard’. Rev. Oladebo talked on ‘Faithful Stewardship’, while Pastor Jojolade cautioned the ordained officers on ‘Few Pitfalls in the Ministry’.

 

 

The climax of the service was the moment of the ordination with powerful ministration from Bishop Emmanuel in the company of his wife Rev (Mrs) Emmanuel.

The ordained officers took turn to take the oath of ordination, received their certificates, after they received the consecrated anointing oil and heavy impartations.
