By flesh, it means Christians and Muslims; Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba… Saints and Sinners.

It is still the spirit of God that dwells in man and gives him utterance. Election is a temporal affair, people can try to make predictions and guise it under “prophecy or revelation”. Those are the ways of mortals. Life answers to principles, not spirituality.
