Man, 52, Caught Secretly Taking Shots Of Married Woman

A 52-year old man, Moses Atere, has landed in trouble in Lagos State for secretly taking shots of a married woman, Mrs. Jamilah Issah, in order to expose her for the husband’s attention. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that Atere has been arrested for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace.
The incident happened at Olosan Police Station, Mushin area of Lagos.
Atere was said to have met the complainant, Mrs. Issah and secretly used his phone to take shots including her husband’s vehicle, which she came with.
However, the plan failed as he was caught after having taken the pictures and was handed over to the Police in order to investigate why he would spy on the woman and took her pictures.
During interrogation, he admitted to have taken the shots to show her husband to achieve an undisclosed purpose before he was caught in the act.
The Police found him culpable and subsequently charged him before the Yaba Magistrates Court for the alleged offence.
He pleaded not guilty when he was arraigned.
The prosecutor, Supol Thomas Nurudeen, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since he pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that he actually committed the alleged offence.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. P. E. Nwaka, granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood.
The matter was adjourned till 14th June, 2023, for mention while the defendant was remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre pending when he will perfect his bail conditions.
