Tell Police How I Got Your Nude Pictures – Lady, 23, Challenges Married Man

A 23-year old lady, Mercy Emmanuel, who was employed as a staff at Class Suites Hotel & Apartments, has  challenged a married man, Stephen Omamuli, to tell the Police in Lagos State how she got his nude pictures and videos, which he alleged that she posted on the social media. 
P.M.EXPRESS reports that the incident happened at Ikeja Police Division, where Mercy was arrested and detained for conduct likely to cause breach of public peace by allegedly posting Omamuli’s nude pictures and videos on the social media.
The question posed serious challenge to both the Investigation Police Officer and the complainant, who declined to speak on how she got his nude pictures and videos.
However,  the Police insisted that she committed a criminal offence by alleging that she published the items to the public.
The suspect, Mercy Emmanuel, was employed as a staff of Class Suites Hotel and Apartments located off Opebi Road, Ikeja, Lagos, where she had an encounter with the complainant, Omamuli.
During investigation, the Police also discovered that Mercy had retrieved all her official documents, which she presented when she was employed as the staff of the hotel and she declined to mention how she obtained the documents.
The Police found her culpable for being in illegal possession of the documents including sending the nude pictures and videos of the complainant, Omamuli, online. She was then charged before the Ogba Magistrate Court for the alleged offence under the Criminal laws of the State.
She pleaded not guilty when she was arraigned.
The prosecutor, Supol Bisi Ogunleye, then asked the Court to give a date for hearing since she pleaded not guilty to enable the Police to prove that she actually committed the alleged offence by providing witnesses.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. M.A. Adegbaye, granted her bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum, who must show evidence of means of livelihood and tax payment.
The matter was adjourned for mention while the defendant, Mercy, was remanded in custody at the Correctional Centre at Kirikiri town, Lagos, pending when she will perfect her bail conditions.
